Case study #1 - Micro-needle + Hyaluron Pen
Client lips are thin, lack volume and left side of lip needs some height.
Client Goal:
Wants defined lifted vermillion borders, volume especially in the inner top lip as it has a dip in middle. Bring right left side slight bit higher to match the left side. Micro-Needle + Hyaluron Pen 1.1ml
Analysis:
Client has had no prior filler. Since client was told to follow pre-care instructions hyaluronic acid filler should go in easily and should see nice results immediately.
Lip Condition: Slightly dry, some wrinkles.
Procedure approach: Will use numbing cream and leave on for 25min. Correct symmetry, give vermillion boarders some height while evening left upper lip slightly higher. Use micro-needle to create definition and hyaluron pen to give lips more volume.
Tools used: Micro-Needle 4 pin; 1.5mm, white PO8 hyaluron pen with TBZBK 0.3ml ampoules, Elasty Fine Plus filler 1.1ml
Note: Client hardly blead which made it an easy processes.

Automatically you see the vermillion boarder lifted and defined. Bottom lip has some pout.
Plan of Action for Touch Up:
Focus more on the inner upper lip by adding more volume. Bottom lip give more volume. Focus on the top vermillion border to give more of a lift to the lips. Will add 0.50ml additional for a more optimal result.
Client Feedback: Happy with how they healed but wants more volume all around. Wants to keep the lips a natural shape.

Case Study #2
Case Study #2 Micro-Needle
Client has thin lips, very dry and chapped. Top lip needs definition. Lip color very light.
Client Goal:
Wants to keep lips natural in shape, would like hyaluronic acid to help with moisture. Does not want dramatic look but does want more volume.
Analysis:
Client has no prior lip filler but because lips are very dry and chapped I worry if hyaluronic acid will be visible and last.
Lip Condition: Dehydrated chapped lips.
Procedure Approach: Will numb lips for 25min. Will need to do lip scrub to peel away some of the dead skin on the lips in order to have a easy entry for the filler. Will use Micro-Needle only and give the cupids bow a little more height and distribute the filler evenly across entire lips.
Tools used: Regenovue Deep 0.50ml, 4pin micro-needle, 1.5mm in length.
Note: Client was extremely sensitive to injection, applied additional numbing cream and wiped away once I began to work on that section. Client still felt sensitivity. Little to no bleeding. Client came in for 1.1ml but only did 0.50ml. Will do the remaining 0.50ml in next visit.

I'm am very surprised on how well the filler went into the lips. Gave the results we were looking for, definition, height on the cupids bow and volume all around. Added more volume on bottom lip per client request.

Case Study #3 Hyaluron Pen (Needle-Free Filler)
Client lips are full, loss of volume in corners of lips. Client young in age.
Client Goal:
Client not sure exactly what she wants so we decided to keep lips with natural shape just more defined and volume in the corners of the lips. Wants even distribution.
Analysis:
Since client has had no previous filler product should take easily and results should be noticeable right away.
Lip Condition:
Some dryness, and slightly chapped lips.
Procedure Approach:
Will only use hyaluron pen with no numbing. Distribute hyaluronic acid evenly accross the lips. Give the cupids bow a little lift. Focus on the inner corners of the top lips to add volume.
Tools used:
Pink hyaluron pen, TBZBK 0.3ml ampoules, Elasty fine plus 1.1ml.
Note:
Bruising on corners of the lips. Some lumps and swelling which should go away in a few days. Little to no bleeding.

Results:
Some swelling and bruising which will go away after a 3-5 days. This is normal. Overall you can see the volume right away for plumped lips. Happy with the results. Client is also happy.

Add more filler in the corner of the lips. Evenly distribute filler. Client likes her natural shape so we will keep everything the same. Will use 1.1ml

Case Study #4
Case Study #4 Micro-Needle+ Hyaluron Pen
Client lips are hydrated, smooth in texture, clients left side upper lip lifts higher when she smiles and talks. Bottom lip pouts in the middle.
Client Goal:
Client would like her right side to match her left lift. Wants a wide bottom lip.
Analysis:
Client has had no prior lip filler. She is a smoker and would more than likely bruise and swell more than others. Healing process may take longer to heal. Since she is a smoker results will vary and may not last since smoking is very dehydrating to the body.
Lip Condition:
Not chapped. Texture is smooth and look hydrated.
Procedure Approach:
Will numb the lips for 25 min. Perform a lip scrub and proceed with the procedure.
Focus will be to add more filler on the right side of the lip and focus on the bottom sides of lips to create a wider look.
Tools used:
Hyaluron pen P08, TBZBK 0.3ml ampoules, Boneta Filler Deep 1.1ml, micro-needle 1.5mm, 4 pin.
Note:
Client blead more than usual due to smoking habits. Procedure took longer than normal. Excessive bleeding means more pauses to wipe away blood and wait for bleeding to stop. This causes possible slipping of HA pen and micro-needle sliding out easily.
